1. Course Fee Refund

1. Registration/Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable after the commencement of classes.
3. In exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed by management at their sole discretion.

2. Cancellation Before Course Start

1. If a student cancels enrollment before the batch begins, partial refund may be considered after deducting registration and administrative charges.
2. Refund approval depends on written request submission.

3. Transfer of Fees

1. Fees may be transferred to another batch or course (subject to approval and availability).
2. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

4. No Refund in Case of:

1. Course discontinuation by student
2. Absence from classes
3. Violation of institute rules
4. Expulsion due to misconduct

5. Processing Time

1. Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
2. Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.
