At A2CAD Academy Institute in Agra, we are committed to providing quality training and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Course Fee Refund
- Registration/Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable after the commencement of classes.
- In exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed by management at their sole discretion.
2. Cancellation Before Course Start
- If a student cancels enrollment before the batch begins, partial refund may be considered after deducting registration and administrative charges.
- Refund approval depends on written request submission.
3. Transfer of Fees
- Fees may be transferred to another batch or course (subject to approval and availability).
- Transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
4. No Refund in Case of:
- Course discontinuation by student
- Absence from classes
- Violation of institute rules
- Expulsion due to misconduct
5. Processing Time
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.
